90 DAYS YOGA TEACHER CERTIFICATION COURSE : Our 90 days (180 Hours) Yoga Teacher Certification is a foundational program rooted in Ashtanga Yoga (the eight limbs), with an emphasis on the limb of asana. This training will provide students with the knowledge, practice, and experience to become inspiring, creative, and knowledgeable teachers.

Yoga brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience. Our 180 hours Yoga Teacher Certification is centered on both the physical and meditative properties of the practice. The curriculum covers body anatomy, therapeutics, the physical practice of Yoga, and instruction on how to lead a successful career as a Yoga teacher.
